Abbey Medieval Festival | 8 & 9 July 2023

We're heading back to the Abbey Medieval Festival in 2023! Will we see you there?

BME is proud to return to the Festival and we'll be bringing more for you to see, hear, and experience on both Saturday and Sunday! We'll be roving around the Festival making lots of noise, and you will also be able to join in our 'Songs and Singalongs' show at the Stag Inn - check your program for more details.

Not only will you hear our range of Medieval and Renaissance instruments from shawms to sackbutts, but you'll also be able to visit our exhibit and discover some of the more obscure instruments. Have you ever seen a rackett or a serpent? Why not have a go at one yourself?
